What’s Not Included?
Drinks and food.
Transport to and from the venue.
Yoga mats and yoga blocks. Please bring your own yoga / exercise mat and anything else you may like! Please remember weather appropriate clothes!
You may like to bring fluffy socks, a cushion for under your head and knees, and a warm blanket.
All classes are suitable for all levels. Please advise us of any injuries at the start of the class.
