Yoga Classes in Suffolk & Norfolk!
I teach a regular schedule of yoga classes in Lowestoft and Beccles. I teach a mix of Vinyasa, Yin, and Yang Yoga classes!
Vinyasa (Yang) is a type of yoga, descending from Hatha Yoga, that connects poses with smooth movements, creating a continuous flow. It’s called "meditation in motion" because it matches the breath with each movement. Unlike fixed routines, vinyasa yoga classes change and focus on flexibility and creativity.
Yin yoga is a slow, floor-based practice that stretches deep tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints by holding poses for 3 to 10 minutes. It’s gentle and meditative, balancing active yoga styles. It helps increase flexibility, joint movement, and relaxation of body and mind. Poses use gravity to stretch, with props like blankets and blocks for support and comfort.
