What is Yoga?
Yoga is a mindful practice that brings together movement, breath, and presence to help you feel more connected to your body and your day-to-day life. It is about finding ease, strength, and balance in both body and mind, offering a moment to pause, breathe, and reset.
I currently offer in-person and virtual yoga classes at my Studio in Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, as well as classes during our tailored wellness retreats where yoga is combined with other holistic practices.
