What happens on a wellness and yoga retreat?
Through the intentional weaving of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and meaningful ritual, we create sacred, supportive spaces where deep shifts can unfold - physically, emotionally, and energetically. Our wellness retreats are an invitation to soften, realign, and return home to yourself with renewed clarity, peace, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
What to Expect
An opening meditation
A 1.5 hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga class, ending with a 15 minute meditation class
A spiritual workshop
A Reiki Drum Journey & deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra
A 1-hour sound bath
Where do wellness retreats take place?
Currently, Wellness With La Rue Retreats take place at SunFyr Barns in Norfolk and at my BRAND NEW Yoga Studio in Lowestoft, Suffolk, East Anglia. This is a beautiful space filled with golden hour glows, natural light, and designed for holistic wellness practices.
Previously, I’ve also held retreats in Beccles and at Carlton & Oulton Marshes.
