I am beyond excited to be hosting our SECOND Wellness & Yoga Retreat at the beautiful SunFyr Barns, Norwich, Norfolk. Together, we will weave the practice with joy, love, community & healing. 

Our Wellness and Yoga Retreats are immersive experiences to help you reset, reconnect, and align with your true self. We’ll practice a blend of vinyasa and yin yoga, and meditation to open your heart and calm your nervous system. Using yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, and ritual, we create safe spaces for deep physical, emotional, and energetic changes.
